How Gifty Gal Began
Gifty Gal was founded in 2022 after noticing a common gap in how businesses approached gifting.
Companies cared deeply about their clients, partners, and teams — but gifting was often last-minute, generic, or disconnected from the relationship it was meant to support. The problem wasn’t effort. It was the lack of structure.
What started as a solution to that gap quickly became something bigger: a way to help businesses show up well in moments that matter, without adding stress or complexity to their teams.
As demand grew, Gifty Gal scaled from a home-based operation into a warehouse in Plano within the first 18 months — serving growing and enterprise teams across industries.
A different way to think about gifting
Over time, we realized something important: Gifting isn’t the strategy. It’s the delivery mechanism.

About the founder
Gifty Gal was founded by Raema Mauriello, whose career has been shaped by people-centered, high-responsibility work.
Raema’s background includes service in the U.S. Navy as a Journalist and Search and Rescue Swimmer, over 15 years of full-time ministry, nonprofit leadership as COO of Treasured Vessels Foundation, and authorship of three books.
Each chapter taught her something essential: discipline and execution, deep care for people, clear communication, and the importance of showing up well in both meaningful and difficult moments.
She is also a mom of four, which has refined her creativity, adaptability, and ability to think outside the box — qualities that influence how Gifty Gal approaches every gifting program.
