2. Shipping & Fulfillment

3. Subscription Terms
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel or upgrade at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

4. Customization Requests
Personalization and branded packaging are available for select tiers only. Enterprise clients receive fully custom fulfillment options by agreement.

6. Founding Member Pricing
Introductory pricing and Founding Member perks are valid for a limited time and subject to change as we expand offerings.

7. ROI Claims
Any ROI examples or testimonials shared are representative of individual results and are not guaranteed.

8. Gift Credit Policy
Unused gift credits do not roll over month-to-month. All credits must be used within the billing cycle in which they are issued.

9. Returned Shipments
If a gift is returned due to incorrect address information or refusal, a re-shipment fee will be charged to resend the item. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete recipient details.

10. Shipping Timeline
Gifts will be shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be processed the following week to ensure optimal delivery timing and product freshness.
