8. Gift Credit Policy
Unused gift credits do not roll over month-to-month. All credits must be used within the billing cycle in which they are issued.

9. Returned Shipments
If a gift is returned due to incorrect address information or refusal, a re-shipment fee will be charged to resend the item. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete recipient details.

10. Shipping Timeline
Gifts will be shipped within 3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will be processed the following week to ensure optimal delivery timing and product freshness.
